Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)
📍 New York State (In-Home, Telehealth, and Office-Based)
Mobile Counseling of New York is seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home, telehealth, and office-based therapy services across New York State. We are looking for compassionate professionals who are dedicated to making mental health care accessible to individuals, couples, families, and children.
As a Licensed Clinician at MCNY, you will provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload including individuals, couples, families, and children. Services may be delivered in-home, via telehealth, or from one of our office locations across Western and Upstate New York.
This role offers significant flexibility in scheduling and service delivery modality. Clinicians are supported by a dedicated administrative team handling billing, intake coordination, and compliance — allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients.
MCNY serves communities across Buffalo, Syracuse, Utica, Binghamton, Rochester, and Lockport, with telehealth available statewide.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with other providers and community resources as needed
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
- Active New York State license as LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC (required)
- Clinical counseling experience
- Experience with individual therapy
- Experience working with children preferred
- Case management skills
- Strong clinical documentation abilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI, etc.)
