About Sarah

With 15 years of experience, Sarah Deegan Heath, LCSW, is a dedicated therapist who believes that each person is the author and expert in their own story. Her role as a therapist is to help clients uncover their own strengths and keys to their story while walking beside them.

Sarah strongly believes that we each have a role to play in balancing the good of the world, and she finds it most rewarding when clients are seeing change as a result of all their own hard work.
