About Paige
Paige Szarafin, LMSW, enjoys working with people who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and true to themselves. Her clients may feel weighed down by worry, overthinking, self-doubt, or the pressure to be perfect. They might logically know that their anxiety is not serving them, but their subconscious does not allow them to relax. Paige helps them use science-backed therapeutic techniques to start living with more peace, authenticity, and self-trust.
Paige earned her Masters of Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2024. She brings 5 years of experience in the field, including case management, and holds specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gottman Method.
Paige specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which helps clients understand and heal the different "parts" of their psyche that show up in times of stress or pain. Together, they explore these parts with compassion, uncover their roots, and help them trust the client to lead. She also integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotional balance.
Beginning therapy takes courage, and Paige wants to honor that step. Her role is to offer genuine listening, encouragement, and thoughtful challenges to help clients grow. Together, they build a trusting connection that supports real, lasting change — one rooted in compassion, respect, and hope.
