As Director of Government Relations and Community Engagement and a mobile clinician, Dr. Hurtado draws upon his extensive experience in behavioral health and substance abuse counseling.
With 17 years of service in the Army National Guard, Dr. Hurtado has had two combat deployments to Afghanistan, serving as a Behavioral Health Counselor, where he developed the first Army Substance Abuse Program in Afghanistan.
