Jessica Lynn Bennett, LMSW, is a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and identity-related challenges. Jess earned their Master's from Binghamton University in 2020 and also holds a degree from Ithaca College School of Music.

Jess specializes in DBT-informed therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, with emphasis on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns. Their approach focuses on practical coping strategies including progressive muscle relaxation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness.
